At Surf Coast Printables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact us via our contact page to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Exceptions:

• Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
